DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR
v CELL
PHONES IN CLASS:
During
the class, Diego who is a student was seating in front of the teacher, suddenly
his cell phone stars to ring. Diego answers his cell phone inside the
classroom, and he talks while the class continues. The class can not develop
normally because he is on the phone.
SOLUTION:
The
teacher suggest to the students to turn off their cell phones or put in a
vibration way. And say if the call is for an emergency, they can go out to
answer their cell phones but not interrupt the class.
v TALKING
IN SPANISH:
Ariana
and Kelly are friends, and they study English in the same classroom. Today they
are sitting together, Ariana and Kelly talk in Spanish during the class, they
do not participate in the activities and the also they make noise in the class.
SOLUTION:
The
teacher asks for participation to them, so they want to pay attention for not
being embarrassed. And other option is that the teacher can suggest If they
want to talk they can do it but in English.
v
REFLEXION:
It
is impossible that we can not find disruptive behaviors in our classes, because
it is normal. We as a teachers have to try to solve in a polite way this
situation. We have to be calm, our students know that we are able to get a
solution when students show a disruptive behaviors.
